Client
submitted an application for entry clearance as a General Visitor to visit a
friend was refused entry clearance under
paragraph 320 7(A) owing to discrepancies regarding their marital status,
identified by the Entry Clearance Officer following an interview with the UK
sponsor; and for submitting a forged bank statement .

of an interview being conducted with a UK sponsor, which enabled the Entry
Clearance Officer to check their suspicions about the applicant’s marital
status. This
case provided a good example for those who want to abuse immigration system and
think it is very easy job to get clearance.
