documentation as i) employment contract; ii) application for annual leave; iii)
letter from UK sponsor; but refused entry clearance because no evidence of
finances was submitted the Entry Clearance Officer identified discrepancies
surrounding the applicants employment; and further investigations / checks
carried out by an Entry Clearance Assistant failed to confirm the applicant’s
employment.
